Marzipan, orange peel and spices. Rich sweet and licorous.
Heavy quince, spice and fruit aromas. Rich and refined at the same time, with brilliant balance.
This has been described by Isabelle de Nazelle (vineyard owner) as 'Christmas in a bottle', with powerful quince and tropical fruit aromas. Harvested later than its sibling wine the Cuvée St Clement, it has higher sugar content and thus a more controlled alcohol level, making it the ideal dessert wine. Fresh acidity offsets the sweetness.
A delicious blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, this sweet white wine offers Sauternes quality for a fraction of the price. The palate is led by apricot and stewed pineapple flavours, while the finish is slightly spicy and wonderfully fresh.
Banyuls is a Vin Doux Naturel made predominantly from Grenache Noir. With its summer pudding and mocha flavours (together with dried herbs, prune and caramel) it marries well with cheese, chocolate and even with classic French savoury dishes such as rabbit, hare or venison braised with a chocolate sauce.
A warm, sweet and intense nose with flourishes of prune, and a sweet palate full of cherry. Full bodied and velvety.
An elegantly honeyed nose full of orange peel, followed by a ripe palate that balances sweetness and acidity impressively. Persistent.
Rich and sophisticated quince, apricot, orange marmalade, spice and honey. Gracefully sweet and opulent.
