The nose is fruity and elegant – notes of blackberry, sour cherry and slight hints of blackberry. On the palate, of blackberry, plum and fine notes of fresh red fruits combined with hints of toasted oak vanilla. Tannins are fine, elegant and supple. The finish is beautifully suave.

Château Pontet-Canet is a critically lauded wine estate located in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux's northern Médoc region. The estate was ranked as a fifth growth in the 1855 Bordeaux Classification although in contemporary critical and popular circles, the estate is considered worthy of a much higher ranking. Its grand vin is a classic, structured claret of exceptional finesse, regularly achieving high scores and much in-demand worldwide.

Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
