Medium lemon colour and pronounced intensity, featuring notes of pastry, almond, brioche, lemon, apple, peach, dried apricot, blossom, and cream. The wine is dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, and a full body, culminating in a long finish.

This seven-hectare estate of Champagne in the Marne Valley has been family run since 1947. Since Régis Poissinet himself has taken over the management of the business, there have been a number of key changes in terms of philosophy and style. Nowadays, the team work with absolute respect for their natural environment, without the use of herbicides. Also, working horses have been reintroduced to the vineyard. In the words of Regis, "the use of horses in the vines is neither quaint nor picturesque about it, but is simply an extension of our philosophy. For us their work is invaluable in aerating the earth on steep inclines that are otherwise inaccessible."

Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
