Finca La Emperatriz
Finca La Emperatriz is an historic vineyard in Baños de Rioja that once belonged to the last Empress of France, Eugenia de Montijo. 12 km from Haro, nestled between the Sierra de Cantabria and Sierra de la Demanda mountain ranges, Finca La Emperatriz is located in the north western end of the Rioja DOC, at 570 m above sea level in one of the highest plateaux in the Rioja Alta. In 1996, the Hernáiz family purchased that same estate, and brothers Eduardo and Victor Hernáiz took charge of a project aimed at producing quality wines. The soil of Finca La Emperatriz is unique in La Rioja. A poor, extremely hard soil, which provides the wines with a distinctive elegance and minerality and great ageing potential.

Customers have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
