A blend of 90% Sangiovese with 5% each of Colorino and Canaiolo, it respects the tradition of Chianti Classico, but also has modern components from the aging in small French barrels. Luscious plum, cinnamon, wild strawberries with a ruddy cherry sweetness mark this excellent value Chianti Classico. The savoury fruit is well balanced and lifted by the piquant acidity. Elegant and lengthy in the finish. This wine is unfined and unfiltered.
Fattoria di Rodano
Fattoria di Rodano is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico in the famed region of Castellina in Chianti. The original farm became a wine-producing property in the sixteenth century, and has been in the Pozzesi family for three generations, since 1958. Enrico Pozzesi is now the winemaker and managing partner of the winery. Rodano is a large estate by local standards, with more than a hundred hectares under vine. In addition to Sangiovese, the they also have a small parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, which is used in the estate's IGT bottling.

If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
