A blend from two distinct vineyard sites. Tempranillo and Graciano are grown on the flatter land, where the soils are loamy and allow good ripening. These are blended with Garnacha grown on clay soils on vineyards at much higher altitude, bringing a crucial dash of freshness and acidity to the blend, and aged 12 months in French oak barrels. Expect bags of wild fruit, underpinned by floral and spiced notes before a long, smooth and balanced finish.

Located in the eastern reaches of Rioja, this vineyard was historically home to an airfield. Heraclio Alfaro is one of Spain’s most famous aviation pioneers – thus this domaine is very much an homage to him and his desire for innovation and constant curiosity. Since 2018 it is owned by Bodegas Terras Gauda, the winery founded by the Fonseca family in Rías Baixas.

Customers have the right to cancel within seven days of the contract, or seven days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).
Goods can be returned, if possible in original packaging, for a full refund or replacement.
If you receive the wrong product, or a product is faulty, or its bottle or cork is damaged when you receive it, we will replace or refund you with the original price and, if applicable, the cost of returning it.
We ask to be notified in writing or by telephone within seven days of the date of delivery or the time you are aware that the product is faulty or damaged. Products and packaging should be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may undertake an analysis or return them to the producer.
Nothing in this returns policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
